We are hummingbird

Right at the beginning of our journey, we got in contact with the wonderful people at We Are Hummingbird. They have a fantastic organisation that helps break the stigma surrounding mental health using the power of music as a running streak. As we all know, music is wonderfully healing and important. It is at the heart of everything We Are Hummingbird do.
Alongside the non profit organisation, the team at WAH have also set up We Are Hummingbird Health, dedicated to running Mental Health First Aid courses which are very enlightening and informative.
